Krishna

Who is Lord Krishna?

Lord Krishna is known in two forms, one is Child Krishna (Baal Krishna) and the other is Yogeshwar Krishna. But there are very few completely self realized persons (Atma Gnani) who not only know Lord Krishna in true sense but also stay in the same constant awareness as him.

Many people think that Lord Krishna fought so many wars, killed so many people, had sixteen thousand queens and lived a leisurely worldly life, yet,

How can he be called as God? Why is he worshiped so widely around the world?

In reality God (Soul) was fully manifested in Lord Krishna - in other words he was completely self-realized. He had constant awareness that "I am a pure soul. The body is separate and I am pure soul".

Hence throughout all the above mentioned events, he was in constant awareness of the Self (Soul - non doer of anything). Even though he had so many queens and it seemed that he lived a leisurely worldly life, He was a "Naishthik Bramhachari" ( one who never likes sexual indulgence and worldly life even for a single moment as he knows that all these things are temporary and only the soul is permanent)

Lord Krishna knew that all these were his karma and he had to finish them with this awareness. That's why even today people worship him whole heartedly as God.

What is the essence of "Bhagavad Gita"? How can one attain true realization of Lord Krishna?
What is the true meaning of "Shri Krishna Sharanm Ma Mah"?

In the war of Mahabharat, when Arjuna became emotional and put down his weapons, Lord Krishna enlightened him with the knowledge of the "True Self " (i.e. self realization). The essence of Gita is:

"Arjuna, you have been with me for a long time but still you haven't known me in the true sense. What you see is not the real me. What you see is a purely physical body. I am separate from this body. I am a pure soul. You are also pure soul. Your brothers, uncles, Gurus, friends with whom you are about to fight are also pure souls. This is your destiny (karma) so you have to carry it out with this awareness of the Soul"

"And throughout this war if you remain in this awareness and fight, new karma will not be charged and your remaining karma will get completed which will lead you to ultimate salvation"

This way Arjuna remained in the awareness which Lord Krishna gave him. He killed millions of great men and still did not charge a single karma and achieved ultimate salvation in the same life.

So if you remain in this awareness of separation of body and soul, then only are you truly surrendered to Lord Krishna which implies "Shri Krishna Sharanm Ma Mah"

Gnani Purush Pujya Dadashri was fully enlightened on June 1958. He used to give this enlightenment to others in just 2 hours. Pujya Dr. Niruma attained this self realization from Pujya Dadashri in 1968.

Even today you can attain the same self realization by meeting completely self-realized Pujya Deepakbhai which will lead you to ultimate salvation.
